Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Primer demo site operated by DavidPM at primer.company. It covers data collected when you browse the site, create a demo account, or contact us. This policy does not apply to self-hosted instances of Primer — once you purchase and deploy the source code, your own organization's privacy policies govern that deployment.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the demo site (e.g., hosting infrastructure, email delivery), but only under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

Demo account data is retained for 90 days after your last login, after which it is automatically deleted. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Server logs are retained for 30 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Children's Privacy

The demo site is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
