Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Primer demo site at primer.company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Scope

These terms apply exclusively to the Primer demo site operated by DavidPM. Once you purchase a perpetual source code license and deploy Primer on your own infrastructure, your use is governed by the License Terms, not these Terms of Service.

Demo Accounts

Demo accounts are provided for evaluation purposes only. Data entered into the demo environment is not guaranteed to persist and may be deleted at any time. Demo accounts are automatically removed after 90 days of inactivity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the demo site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material
• Interfere with the operation or performance of the site
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site by automated means without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property

All content on the demo site — including text, design, logos, and software — is the property of DavidPM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Access to the demo does not grant any ownership rights. Intellectual property rights for purchased source code licenses are detailed in the License Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The demo site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DavidPM does not warrant that the demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data entered will be preserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DavidPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the demo site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the demo site at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the demo site ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DavidPM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the demo site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
